About Derrick Falcetti

Falcetti was born and raised on the Eastside of Oswego, NY, a few blocks from Lake Ontario.  Falcetti recalls being recognized by his mother at a young age for having natural leadership skills.  School was relatively easy until it came time to study after-hours.  After dropping out of high school, Falcetti received his GED and started working in nuclear power at 18 years old as a contractor.  The money was great but work was sporadic.  This drove Falcetti to work several jobs in-between nuclear shut downs.  Falcetti was skilled in commercial and residential flooring, landscaping and so much more, however, his passion for nuclear power finally paid off when he was hired full-time in 2010, after 7 years.  As a leader in the nuclear industry, Falcetti has attended numerous training sessions and leadership seminars.  He has leveraged many of the skills he has learned to make a difference in the community by hosting volunteer events.  As a boxing club owner, Falcetti has worked with men, women and children of all ages.  Falcetti isn't your average boxing coach.  He is a mentor, motivator, father figure and so much more.  In 2023, Falcetti has made the decision to leverage his leadership skills and lead a number of start-up companies.  More details are coming soon!
